Katie is an MSc Physiotherapy student at the University of Stirling with a background in sports rehabilitation, exercise science, and coaching. She is a Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist and has worked with clients of all ages and abilities, from beginners starting their first parkrun to elite athletes. Katie previously studied at Loughborough University, completing a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Sports Science and Health.
She has experience working with British Swimming, Team Malta’s Paralympic swimming programme, British Wheelchair Basketball, and Wheelchair Rugby across coaching, research, and rehabilitation roles.
Outside of work and study, Katie is a former triathlete now pursuing new goals as an elite cyclist. She is excited to step into her new role at Ascent Physio and Massage and looks forward to time with you.
Katie is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
