Kenny Cross BSc, MMTC, MCSP, is Manager of Ascent Physio & Massage and a Chartered Physiotherapist. With over 34 years’ experience, Kenny has developed skills to provide excellence in evidence-based treatments, especially in Sports and Manual Therapy assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions – his particular focus within Ascent Physio & Massage. In addition to being the Regional Officer for Physio First in Scotland, he has received independent Quality Assured Practitioner status.
Kenny’s extensive experience with neck, back, sacroiliac joint, pelvis, arm and leg injuries enable him to provide an extensive variety of treatment techniques including soft tissue work, joint mobilisation/manipulation, and acupuncture alongside exercise-based rehabilitation programmes associated with specific sport injuries.
He spent nine years in the USA as a physiotherapist, developing his multidimensional approach to manual therapy and this, alongside his experience in sports injuries, led to him serving as Head Physiotherapist for Falkirk Football Club for over six years.
